Mike Rinehart take you through the 5 C's of Confidence, Confession, Conviction, Conversion and Continuance.  This life-changing process became the basis of A. A.'s Twelfth Step work and the format for the "Big Book" chapter titled "Working with Others."

James and Mike use John 4: 3-40 (Samaritan woman at the well) as the example of how the Five C's can be used to change lives.
